Thank you for the good advice. The one thing that I forgot to ask you before....that is .... I can see the movements of the implant under the skin..is it nomal? If I take surgery again...it will be fixed or my tissue doesn't want to accept the implant...?????? so Iam gonna have the movement again...??????
I didn't have any problem with my nose before....just I did two times of surgery what I told you before...
If I didn't take 3rd surgery, then I am going to have the implant movement forever or it'll be fixed???
What should I do....?

안녕하세요.
피부 바로 밑에 implant를 넣으면 붓기(swelling)도 적고 수술은 간편하나 귀하의 경우와 같이 implant가 fix되지 못하고 움직이는 것이 일반적인 문제입니다.
골막(periosteum) 밑에 implant를 꽉 끼어 넣는 것이 보편적인 전문 성형의사들이 사용하는 방법임에는 의심할 여지가 없습니다.
재수술 시 제가 제시한 subperiosteal dissection을 할 수 있는 곳을 찾으시는 것이 좋겠습니다.
